Applied in early September and arrived mid October. About 6 weeks turnaround.

I applied in mid October. Got an e-mail yesterday that they wanted a new photo. I did the Shopper's passport photo thingy and mailed it away an hour ago at the local Post Office. Can't wait to see what happens next.

I needed to renew mine and got it within a few weeks but it was for a non-restricted renewal.

I'd say it's time to resubmit... or try and find out what the issue is...

From what I've seen, it appears that online renewals are processed fairly quickly if the application is complete. I know of someone that applied in the spring using a paper application and paid by cheque, and they are still waiting, although the cheque was cashed within a couple weeks of it being mailed.
