Broth or stocks made from animal bones are the life-blood of the culinary world. Don't toss the bones; make these easy broths instead.
What can I but enumerate old themes,
First that sea-rider Oisin led by the nose
Through three enchanted islands, allegorical dreams,
Vain gaiety, vain battle, vain repose,
Themes of the embittered heart, or so it seems.

to bad this wasn't posted back in deer season. I will have to try this on some deer bones next year. I sent this to my butcher and they think it sounds good as well.

Love making broth our latest was 14 chicken carcass with a few of them being seasoned and cooked then into the pot.
3 large zip locks and meal the following day.
The wok is a cabbage sausage dish I ate 2 of the carcasses have no other way to define it seasoned cooked up bones lol. No waste here picked up 15 chicken for 33 bucks after using some PC points 1.99 per pound 50 pounds for a 100 bucks lost one bird cuz it was nasty when I cut into it. Was left with 36 pounds that I packed away.

Ps love those carcasses seasoned cooked to pick the leftover chicken from it lol.

Looking good. You should be teaching a home economics class. Solves the riddle how best to feed the family. For a day with 4 boneless skinless FF chicken breast or for a month with a little fore thought.
