I've got a couple TC Prohunters.

7mm rem mag for deer.
50 cal blackpowder
20 ga turkey.

They are a great platform.

Traditions 50 cal Flintlock
Pedersoli 20Ga SxS flintlock (ok not technically a single shot).

You'll never get a break or drop block to be as accurate as a turn bolt...never.. but in a straight case they can suffice

I owned a .223 Browning Low Wall that would challenge that assumption. It was every bit as accurate as comparable bolt-actions.
