I often serve this at parties - instead of a shrimp ring.

Same Shrimp ring sauce - Ketchup, lemon juice, Horseradish - mix to taste

Cube walleye (Pike) into 1" cubes, ensure they are bone free. Coat with your favorite fish coating, fishcrisp, etc

hot oil in frypan, cook just long enough to brown each side of cube , less than a minute per side

drain on paper towel , place a toothpick in each cube, - serve on platter with bowl of Shrimp Sauce.

Good suggestion, I find kids will eat more fish if its battered and fried.
