I finally got through, I guess it's with Ontario CFO, I still have lots of time, not worrying yet, I'm glad I sent it in early!!

Did you ask them why it was at the Ontario CFO?

No, I didn't, I just assumed that it automatically went there after it left the RCMP, I'll give it a few weeks and then call if I don't see anything, I will have to find the phone # though.

I did mine on line at the end of January. They sent me a notice that my photo wasn't acceptable{ I did it on my phone with the same background as last one} in March so I got a pass port photo and mailed it to them by registered mail. No word since.
My current one doesn't expire until the end of October.

This is the same thing that happened to me, I told them that other peoples passed that I did and the said that they are using a new machine and that a lot of peoples are failing now, anyway I'm good until August, then I will start worrying, to me that's lots of time to get it back.

The PAL cards are all different format,plain white with new graphics. The multi-colored cards are no longer used. I should also note that photo format sizes are different for PAL's and Passports.

The same thing happened to me. Said the photo I sent in wasn't good enough. I went to shoppers and had it done there. They asked if it was for a gun renewel or for a passport, size is much smaller. Mailed it in 3 weeks ago and haven't heard back from them. Strike might be holding it up, not sure....

If its at the CFC in Mirimichi probably the strike, if at the CFO in Orillia like some other probably in for a secondary investigation.
