Has anyone in the group tried an ebike to get back and forth to the stand? Seems perfect....quick, quiet and decent range

Two of the guys up at our camp have them, but the only time they use them is during the muzzle loader season. They like them for the reasons that you mentioned quiet, and quick. During the gun season we run hounds so being quiet isn’t really necessary while going to your watch…

In the SW you will have human company anywhere it is easy to walk to, for more consistent success I try to get away from other hunters and that means the most difficult places, the walk in usualy involves hip waders and at least a 45 min walk through swamps and creeks.

The high end ones (0ff-road type) are freaking expensive.

Are they reliable enough to start after an all day sit in cold weather? A buddy uses an electric SXS to quietly tour around his campground and not disturb campers but he said in the winter a full charge doesn't last as long as he'd like.

this 100% true, i trya nd do the same thing marker, not to your extent but i switch my spots up every year couple 100 yards i the bush, if only i was hunting at this place another 5 years i wouldnt be scared to go deep in the bush like youre saying, problem is the farm i hunt has 100s of acres of forest, and i dont have to tell you how easy it is to get lost even in the daylight. wont trust my phone gps, once you lose a little signal theres no telling which way youre facing. i really wanna get one of those actual gps' but theyre pretty pricey. i have a garmin watch with a built in gps too used it a couple times does a great job, but if you click and delete something by mistake it would probably make me panic a little.

ive heard of lots of guys using these e bikes, but as someone mentioned how great are they in the very cold sitting ? also if the snow comes down how would you get through that ?

in my opinion ATV noise doesnt bother them much. ive ridden back after dusk from my stand and have seen TONS of deer on the field line/ tree line just eating. theyll look up at you as you ride by and watch you go but wont take off unless you get within 50 yards or so .
