    Default Grilled duck heart skewers

    Don’t waste those hearts! These tasty little organ meats make for an awesome bite-sized morsel. The same recipe can be used for goose hearts.

    We always save our duck & goose hearts. They are fantastic. We call them "meat olives". We also make pate from the livers. Perhaps an idea for a future recipe.
    Focus on integrity and eventually your name will be its own currency.

    I’ve yet to find an animal that the heart wasn’t the best tasting part. Can’t believe anyone would waste them
