Has too much time on their hands
Ruffed Grouse Society – NEW Central Ontario Chapter!
This spring a group conservation-minded hunters gathered at Highpoint Hunting Preserve to discuss taking action for the benefit of Ontario’s grouse, woodcock and all species that rely on healthy, diverse forests. From those tailgate talks, the Central Ontario Chapter of Ruffed Grouse Society Canada was born.
The Central Ontario Chapter covers an area roughly consisting of York Region, Grey, Bruce, Dufferin and Simcoe/Muskoka. I’m the Chapter Chair and I am located in Oro-Medonte, our Vice Chair is in Shelburne and the RGS National Coordinator (and member of our chapter) is in Huntsville.
For more information on the Central Ontario Chapter, send me a PM or e-mail me at [email protected].
For more information on RGS Canada, contact Chris Madej, National Coordinator at 905-205-9407 or [email protected].
To become a member of RGS Canada and the Central Ontario Chapter, go to http://www.rgs.ca/membership.html.
Cheers,
Derek
