Google is your best friend. NOTO has their own hunting resource page. There's also review pages you can use to decide which outfitter best suits your needs. There's hundreds of really good outfitters across the country. Good luck. Keep us posted.

I'll assume you are talking about next season as it is probably too late in the game to find an Ontario outfitter this season. Even though there is still time left in the season most of them are pretty much wrapped up by the end of September as activity tends be much more sporadic later in the season. As Trimmer said there are lots of good outfitters you can find via Google and reading reviews. Personally i have no experience in this regard as I have always done my own thing. I know that is not an option for many given the time required to set, maintain and monitor bait sites. In terms of location the options are almost endless once you get 3 or 4 hours north of the GTA. Cost wise you are likely gonna pay somewhere from 1.5 to 3K. It will depend on length of hunt and what is included (meals, boats and fishing, tags, etc..). Also many places price their hunts in USD as Americans are their main target market. Good luck - bear hunting solo is my favourite type of hunt.
The wilderness is not a stadium where I satisfy my ambition to achieve, it is the cathedral where I worship.

Check out the West Arm Lodge in St. Charles, located on the West Arm of Lake Nipissing. Lots of Bear's in that Area, and good pricing for a semi-guided hunt.

What location you decide, prepare for bugs in north bush. They can sour a hunt late May early June unprepared.

Outfitters do lots of grunt work you don't see to get Hunters on active baits. Depending Spring or Fall hunt location consider taking advantage of fishing lakes in the area.

North of the chaos has lots to offer in outdoors
