Was just able to catch a a bit of the show on my way out the door for work. Have it recorded and eager to watch the whole show. The Setter looks amazing and nice to see young blood in the uplands

I've been a fan of A&HTV ever since Mike Reader started it,then, handed it off to Rick Morgan. I haven't seen an episode I haven't enjoyed. This mornings show was spot on.

It was a great experience for everyone there from RGS to witness young hunters shooting their first grouse and having fun doing something entirely new to them in distant place they've never been before. After the cameras stopped rolling, the rookies all got a hands-on grouse cleaning tutorial.

hope it was a full on pluck and use as much as possible as opposed of the often touted pull the legs and just breast out the meat.

    Neither. Skinned whole.

What other significant amount of meat are you referring to?
Been pulling them apart by feet and clipping wings off since my earliest hunting days. Nothing much wasted IMHO.
