    I know some guys around this area that shoot 22lr long range matches. Once you get dialed and have good ammo 300 yards is a doable distance. They say around 500 yards is where is gets challenging.

    Your talking 8-10 feet at 300 yards. Most guys need to run tapered scope bases to get on target.
