I always find it funny how they call these people hunters, and prohibit them from hunting whatever for so many years. They were not hunting they are poaching and didn't and don't need a license to break the law.

Wow, $20K is a huge fine just for forgetting a permit. It really shows how important it is to check your licenses before you head out.

Typically with all things media,there's more than very likely a ton of data that's been deliberately omitted in the filing of this article.
