ya we went out by truck... i guess 8 km seemed alot shorter than it really was... either way deeper waters should have produced... hope you made out well!

I pulled into north bay this afternoon, planning on heading out tommorow afternoon. Hope the weather dosnt effect things to bad. How is the ice travel? Anything I should know befor heading out???

lots of snow drifts, i got a nice 10 lb pike and my limit of walleye a few herring and about a couple dozen jumbos all in 12 feet of water, ill post a report tomm. i have a new respect for nip now.

Fun day of fishing!!! The perch were biting pretty good this afternoon. In only a few hour I iced 9 perch a few jumbos, nothing under 9", even landed a few pickerel!
