    I got a nice batch of morels last weekend while turkey hunting. This was a new spot, so here's hoping they turn up there every year. I also love foraging, and eating what nature provides us!!

    A foraging section in the hunting forum would be nice. In the interm why not start a thread in the 101 section titled what's foraging now

    Hey, mushroom experts! I found some of these in my neighborhood while walking the dogs.

    Is it a true morel?
    Is there a dangerous look-alike that can be mistaken for a morel?
    Any tips or advice for this non-forager?

    I love fishing but REALLY it is just a way to pass time until hunting season!!!!

    my aunt has a ravine down the street from her in Mississauga she found a bunch a couple weeks ago
