I have seen lots in the Southriver area, but then again its always prime hunting there.

Back in the 70's that is where my dad and I would go. Trout Creek to South River. About 20 years ago I went back with my brother. Funny how the walk that seemed so long/far for a 10 year old took us only an hour or so to complete.

Oh yea, I can relate to that. When I was a kid it felt like it would take 2 hours to ride into the hunt camp, In reality it only takes 20 lol. But we were riding Honda 200s 3wheelers apposed to Polaris 850xp now. lol

Saw two beautiful grouse on a dirt road the other day. We were travelling in Bancroft area and I let my 1 year old GSP out of the car to go point his firs live grouse! It was exciting to say the least and I even took a couple of pictures with my cell phone.
