Thanks for the positive feedback!
How are the bird populations in Ontario?
After a few tough winters (2011, 12 and 13) and wet springs, birds have taken a beating in Alberta.
so far 2014 looks like they are on the rebound lots of young birds around hoping for a mild winter and dry spring...

No leaves and almost nobody else in the woods, late season grouse hunting is great, and there is still almost 2 months of it!
