Venison Salisbury Steak
Nothing beats a solid, stick to your ribs, Salisbury steak. Well, nothing except one made from venison.
Decided to write up the recipe I use and posted here.

I use the same recipe but use deer steak. Brown the steak in the bacon grease then turn the heat to simmer and add the rest of the ingredients cook slowly until cooked down to a thick sauce spoon on top and add to the roasted potato's...mmmm
