Spices and Casing Supplier--Canada Compounds
Has anyone purchased spices or casings from Canada Compounds located in Woodbridge? Getting ready to make a variety of sausages after Christmas and just starting to check suppliers in around the GTA/Barrie area for cures and basic ingredients for both fresh and smoked sausages. I'd like to check out what's available outside of the prepackaged kits available at the big box stores.

I've bought things at their Winnipeg store.
They've got everything you could need.
But I find it's a place where you need to know what you want. A lot of items are not on display so you need to research what you need before going to the store.

I bought my cure off amazon I'm sure they have most of what you'd want delivered to your door.

I’ve ordered from these two places in the past.

Great products and service but their shipping costs have become quite unreasonable.
I recently gave this place a try and I think I’ll be using them again. Their ordering system is a little different than most, but good service.
