Fly Patterns
Well its down to a temperature where I live that I am not interested in fishing anymore so its time to sit down and tie some flies and fill my boxes. Fish I am targeting throughout the year Bass, Pike, rainbow trout/steelhead, salmon
atm fly patterns in my box are:
Prince nymphs (with and without bead head)
Black stone fly nymphs
Royal wulff & coachman
Egg sucking leech
Olive & black wooly buggers
brassie nymphs
poppers
I have a few others but cant recall the pattern name at this time. If you have a go to fly that is not in this list I would love to get the name of the pattern and fill up my boxes for the summer season.

Salmonfly.net and Pinterest have a ton of salmon and steelhead patterns to copy from. I picked up quite a few flies from there to tie.

Sorry maybe I wasn't clear to the point of the thread, I have many books and whatnot on patterns but I would like to know more about other fly fishers "go to" flies what is the first fly that you go to throw when you go out. I could sift through my book tying 2 dozen of each fly but I would really love to learn about others favorites and give them a try.
My absolute favorite fly to tie and throw is the royal coachman I just began fly tying a couple months ago and this was my first fly outside of wooly buggers. I have managed to tie it in a size 20 which I set as a goal to be able to tie flies in the size 20 range.

Has too much time on their hands
Pretty much what you've listed except that I had tremendous success with various coloured tiny 1/100 oz and 1/80 oz bucktail jigs that I got from BassPro a couple of years ago. Everything hit on them.
I would also add a Black Ant pattern. And Muddler Minnow.

Gold ribbed hares ear, black stones, yarn eggs and marabou streamers are some top steelhead producers!

The good old San Juan Worm...in pink and red for steelies, Deceivers and Clousers for predators. I also wrap marabou as a collar with a tinsel body and some Crystal Flash in size 2-6 as an intruder pattern for steelies.

x2 on deceivers and clousers for pike and bass- chartreuse/white red/white
egg flies are excellent for steelhead and salmon, my favourites are sucker spawn and single cactus chenille eggs

Oh the joys of choosing flies!
We all have favourites (which is a good thing!) our go-to flies. I'd like to add to this.
For steelhead the classic black bunny leech or woolly bugger with and orange head (if you want to huck streamers) if nymphing is your thing than, stoneflies, prince nymphs or even dead drifting streamers all produce! Always good to have on hand either way.
I am pretty sure you have the desired flies for each of the species you are fishing for but I'll continue with my favourites!
Pike=crawfish or mouse patterns
Trout
-dryfly= cdc caddis 16-20
-nymph= plain hares ear 16-20
Salmon
- eggs
-intensely bright coloured flies
Bass
-anything haha
