Has too much time on their hands
Liberal horror.... the terror.... the carnage.... Canada.... pistol shooting...... Gold medal
I saw the french channels were covering the PANAM games and did a search on "Canada PANAM shooting" after a late lunch... after about 10 minutes of interviews (no coverage, just interviews).... and found a horrendous (according to Liberals) event... PISTOL SHOOTING.
http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/pana...-shooting.html
(in childish taunting voice) and Canada got a Gold, and Canada got a Gold, and Canada got a Gold nya nya Liebrals
Is anyone watching and did they even mention it on CBC?
and they even have women running around with shotguns..... getting Gold too.

2 Gold medals... congrats to the women... no coverage... and I think more commercial time than sports time.

Not interested in the Pan Am games even though the wife has a family member competing in it. I would sooner watch ribbon gymnastics.

Congratulations to Lynda Kiejko (pistol) and Amanda Chudopa (trap) on their gold medals!
They should receive more coverage in the media - but I won't hold my breath.
I wonder what Alan Rock and his ilk who believe that only the police and military should be able to have firearms feels about this? Ladies peacefully using firearms to represent Canada - and winning gold!
Not to mention the anti-handgun types who believe that the only purpose of a pistol is to kill!

I guess on the weekend, I thought it was a week or so off yet too. I was flipping channels and spotted the coverage on the French channel, it came on the English later.
I left it on CBC (usual exclusive coverage purchased with millions of taxpayer's money to fund it) the coverage has been the usual.... half Canada, alot of Chile (they showed atleast 3 of their dives) and everyone else... one mention of a trap Gold and no coverage at all of shooting. Men's gymnastics and syncro diving is all I have seen so far....yawn.
CBC has a picture of her from some ID and deserves to be reduced from $90,000,000 to $80,000,000 per month.

Global news (same company that kicked off Canada in the Rough) has no picture of her or even a generic trap shooter.

I'm not watching any of it,although,I have financially supported some athletes. As far as TV coverage on CBC,they can ram jam their PC editorial BS up their a**es....sideways.
