The part that I find most disturbing is that in Norway, Sweden and Germany there has been a concerted effort by the left to mask or otherwise hide the truth. It is only because of the numbers involved in a single incident in Cologne that this rises to the top. And of course the requisite scapegoats are marched into public and fired for simply carrying out the order of the left-wing government "Keep the lid on this!"
Well the lid is off and of course it is now a great surprise that Sweden too is having problems with waves of immigrant men that do not understand that raping women is actually a crime. Read the link that Terrym posted... 1472% increase in sexual assaults in Sweden. This is not recent news. The fact that these numbers have been suppressed by the main stream media and governments throughout Europe should come as no revelation. The last thing they want is to see the right-wing gain.
Sad...as young women are assaulted the politicians play with words and political correctness.
There is room for all God's creatures - right next to the mashed potatoes!

This article is interesting. Let's just call it an inconvenient truth.

This is a culture that see's women as chattel and has no respect whatsoever for them. Violence against women is commonplace and tolerated. Is this really what we need here in Canada? Maybe JT can go to the emergency rooms and pose for selfies with the victims. That should make it better right?
I’m suspicious of people who don't like dogs, but I trust a dog who doesn't like a person.

The suppressed media coverage is something that really bothers me. Feels kind of living under a communist regime where you never hear the truth the official way - all you get by the "state-media" is success stories and pictures of smiling leader.
Have you heard about the shooting in a Calgary bar? Probably a terrorist attack, but nobody likes to call a duck a duck...
But hey - Why bother? It's just another great opportunity to call for more gun control (instead of getting to cause; i.e. organized crime and terror cells).

You and me both, brother. On both sides of the border, our leftist/liberal media "launder" what and how stories are presented under the guise of "editorial license". I get that freedom of speech says they can print what they want and present it any way they see fit. It's stories that are deliberately suppressed that really disturb me. I'd like to know who these people are that have the kind of juice that can literally control 95% of the media. Somewhere, somehow, somebody is making these decisions and pulling the strings to manipulate public sentiment.

As for avoiding a right-wing backlash, it’s way too late. After years of official lies and cover-ups, it’s already here.

"The German police officers' union has even stated that it is highly uncertain whether even a single perpetrator will be brought to justice. Isn't it an odd situation when the head of a government is calling for the full force of the law to be applied and, at the end of the day, nothing may come of it?"

Well, if you've thought that Central Europe is beyond ridiculous when it comes to accommodating radicals, think again.
Our RCMP is going to introduce hijab uniforms! So the 'state police' is exclaiming sharia law - we are beyond the tell tale of a communist regime or a banana republic!
I'll move to Quebec; always liked their amended charter of values and was hoping this would be slowly rolled out throughout Canada over the next decade - obviously something else is going to happen here and now.
I really hope this is a prank (http://www.therebel.media/shariacops), but considering what's going on otherwise and who is beyond our national mascot...

Yesterday a 33-year-old Muslim migrant to Canada, Walid Mustafa Chalhoub, was convicted of 24 charges of sexual assault and extortion against ten teenaged girls in Montreal. He pled guilty yesterday, part-way through his trial.
