The morels around us may be done for the year but I will find out once we have some rain. We have not had the rain barrels fill from the down spouts in May, this is getting bad here.
Managed to vacpac and freeze about a six quart basket of leeks( in 5-6 bags) during the past week but the leaves in the bush are starting to yellow....Ate a lot with fried eggs, fish etc as well
