    Default sad day at home

We lost our grandmother last night.she was 86years old and had suffered a stroke.she was a true old school spirit. Hunting fishing and cooking for the gang were her joys in life. She fed dozens of us threw many deer seasons and was the voice of reason in are very large family .she could clean a goose faster than any of the boys.lol.granddad pasted 15 years ago and part of her went then.a generation has left and a new one must rise in its place.i just hope we can mesure up.RIP.mary nevill. You will be missed by many.

    My deepest condolences.
Sounds like a wonderful woman and a family cornerstone of which we could use many more like her.

Sorry for your loss. It's sad that as life moves on we loose the ones we love and never really think of life without them and then when they pass we see the huge part they were in our lives. Keep the memories alive and share them with your family and a part of her will always be alive in the ones she loved

Sorry to hear that Dutch. Sounds very much like my grandmother was. Hold the memories close and try to keep her traditions alive in camp every season.
