Absolutely,yes and once my scopes are "zeroed",I use the same ammo all the time.

Roll my own so have a lot more information to read before I even start. Favourite loads seldom change though...
I wonder if Keith remembers me from our days on the RCR rifle team (82-85). He was my mentor and shooting coach...which led to some interesting jobs in the infantry and as a lineman. Pte/Cpl Snow.

I look to see what the MV and drops are at different zero ranges(100 and 200)but I chronograph and shoot the actual distances to get my own drops and windages. The empirical results aren't usually very close to the reported muzzle velocity, drops and B.C. claimed by the manufacturer.

I'm using my "home-brews" ! --- After more than 6 decades of hand-loading I should be familiar with their ballistics . --- Reading rim-fire-charts though .
