Custom Leather Knife Sheath Makers
Does anybody know of a custom leather knife sheath maker in Ontario? I have tried getting in touch with Vess Leatherworks multiple
times over the last 6-8 weeks via email to his 2 email addresses given on his website but with no luck.

Any makers of horse tack will be able to do it for you, Finchams in Nobleton have done work for me in the past, thats a bit of a drive for you so you may want to find a tack maker closer to home.

Alternatively you can order something pre-made from Patriot Leather (in the US):

I was hoping to find something Canadian just in case they require the actual knife in order to get the sheath to fit properly rather then deal with customs and shipping stuff back and forth across the border.

Patriot leather has a drop down menu that shows many knives which they make sheaths for in case you have one listed you would not have to send it in.
Here is a full service tack supply near Windsor, you could ask them if they will make it for you: http://trainerschoice.com/contact.php

Try Tundra Leather in Hamilton. They made a beautiful case for my dad's old Camillus Sword Brand #2 and it fits like a glove! He also does cowboy holsters and saddles.
