    Yah we still are, its snapping turtles that the season is closed for

    Well I don't think anyone can lay claim to grey fox here in Ontario. I shot 2 in the same day back in 1979ish. large male and a female.
    Sent them to the north bay fur sales (about $80 each) and had the local CO's visit accuse me of smuggling them in from the states.

    But there were 6 witnesses, 7 if my dog could talk.

    Update: so far this year I got my pheasant, snow goose and pigeon. Also going through my old photos I gotten northern leopard and green frogs in Quebec (yes there's a season for them there) and snapping turtle a few years back before they closed the season for them I caught and released one.

    Update: European Starling, Porcupine, eastern grey squirrel, chukar and bobwhite quail (both from game farms).
