He did not need to woo social conservatives, he needs the Toronto vote.
Rob Ford is dead. latest polling has Ford in a position to form a majority government. People have had enough of incompetence and corruption.

The bottom line is that the election is not here yet, the people had enough with Liberals for 2 previous elections and the Conservatives stole defeat from the arms of victory, nothing is won yet. People may be pissed with the Liberals but they could just as easily welcome in the NDP.

You heard it here first. This time it's different. If the Liberals aren't voted out the province and country are in serious danger.

Maybe you were too young to remember what the NDP did. They even screwed the civil servants. You may never see another NDP government in Ontario. The provinces who elect NDP suffer big time.

I enjoyed my ' Rae Days', and I think the rest of the province were glad to see the unions take a hit. I this election people may be looking at the lesser of the 3 evils. Which could be any one of the parties ,depending on ones frame of mind.

This is a month old article that turned out to be more leftist media "spin" to create an adverse issue where none existed. It's quite typical of Liberals trying to make a mile from an inch. They're fooling nobody. The jig's up for Wynne et al. They're done. Stick a fork in 'em.

It may be leftist spin but it is making the rounds on social media, therefore it matters, it does have an impact, being an idiot when there is a microphone and camera on will be caught and will hurt votes, I hope not that many but the last 2 elections proved how badly the Ontario Conservatives can run a campaign.

I remember Rae Days, 2 weeks of March break and a lot of pissed off teachers, but it seems as though they have short memories.

Well, never underestimate the PC party's ability to blow a sure thing.
