    Default North Bay footwear

I'm visiting a friend this fall (likely Oct or Nov) and am planning on hitting up some crown lands in the North Bay area to do some small game hunting over 3 or 4 days. What type of footwear do folks recommend for that area? Where I regularly hunt at the moment it's pretty wet and/or swampy so I'm often in my rubbers, but I've never hunted up there before.

I use two types and often bring both on trips. I have a pair of upland hunting boots (a solid day hiking type of boot would also work fine). I also have a fitted type of rubber boot that have felt liners that I use in all but the coldest/snowiest conditions.
