West Arm of Nip
Heading to the West Arm at the end of the month. Hope to target Pickerel.
We plan to troll and drift with Lindy Rigs. Has anyone had much luck up there?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
thanks guys

You will do well using rapalas too--the HJ 12 in gold is my go-to but the waters we fish is a bit on the dark side. The water you will fish may well be a bit clearer so I'd pick a color that takes that into account.
And don't forget jigs with a minnow. Use lighter weights in calm water and up to 1/2 oz in windy or heavy current to get right on the bottom.

Just came back from camp there. Took my brother and his girlfriend fishing on the weekend. I just drove the boat and changed worms. They boated about 10 in an evenings fish and missed lots. Neither really know how to fish. So they are on good. Have fun.
