    McLLelan , I believe his name is, located in Midland area , he used to make a lot of barrels for the bench rest shooters, mainly in stainless steel' he didn't make many in Chrome Moly as it is much harder to work with.
    I don't know if he is still in business as he did have some health issues.

    No , I do not, but there was a gunsmith in St. Agatha On. that used his barrels exclusively.-- 519 747 3068 , is the best I can do.

    He is a spectacular gunsmith from what I saw years back, he would not be getting any younger though either, I am honestly surprised he is still working.

    Most barrel makers don't chamber the barrels...

    Epps lists a number of chamber reamers they use. I would think whatever gunsmith you use would have or rent the reamer required for your cartridge.
