I've driven all around there a few times but couldn't find access I was comfortable with.

There's a good chunk of Monk Road that intersects the park but it's all marsh / pond.

There's a couple of roads in that area that go North on Monk Road that do border the QE2 but there's actually Ontario signs out there stating "This is not an authorized access point for QE2"

A buddy and I drove through the roads all around Riley lake on the West side and the map shows that a lot of that road runs through the park, but its a narrow rough road and there seemed to be a lot of cottages / houses there - no huge gap between, it always seemed like you might just be entering the woods behind someone's house.

From what I've seen and read, it looks like your best bet is launching a canoe.

You can also park at Devil's Lake and walk in along the trail or the hydro corridor.
