I'm going to guess that he won't reverse the pot laws, not unless it creates havoc in society and the majority of voters want it gone. But, I have no issue with him stating he needs to obtain better information before making a decision or taking a stance. It's about the Conservative Voters and what they want, he needs to represent them.
