Video: The 14-Point Brute Buck Shovels Some Snow (Ottawa - Nov. 21)
Hello All,
Hit the woods today to check one of my cams and see if I could photograph any bucks with the DSLR camera. Plenty of fresh tracks in the snow, but only spotted two does on my hike.
As expected, the brute 14-point buck made another appearance on the cam. His last visit prior to this one was ten days earlier.
With all the snow, I'm guessing he figured he'd best get to shoveling...
(watch in 1080p HD for best quality)
Cheers,
Justin

I find it neat that they can move the dirt, snow out to the side and not just straight back. Never ceases to amaze me... Nice accounts Justin....

Great deer and excellent video. Makes me wish I could get out with the bow right now, but the controlled hunt is back on this week. I am not asking to hunt him or anything, just wondering if you are trying for him or are already tagged out?

I agree, Bo D - also, that ground was pretty solid.
KennyT - This is public land but is off-limits to hunting. My cams are purely out to capture cool behavior and to help me keep track of which bucks are in the area for my wildlife photography work and upcoming shed hunting.
Cheers,
Justin
