Post Toronto Sportsmen Show
After we had finished a week in the booth at the Toronto Sportsmen Show we decided to head out for coyotes, we managed to call this one in after about thirty mins at 65 yds or so.

Yup, it is. I bought it as a plinking rifle, but with some good optics and the fact that it is so light and compact it got the nod as my coyote rifle. Not the normal choice, but i like it.

Marius actually remarked how much a jackal and a coyote smell the same, while I was skinning it out. I never noticed but would have to agree now that I think about it.

Awesome! Don't see many nice Rugers like that out hunting anymore. Congrats on a good looking coyote.
