A Brittany was found running loose near Ayton in the last 2 weeks, with a collar and a rope but no tags or collar ID or microchip.
It's now with the National Brittany Adoption Rescue Association https://nbran.org/about/board-directors
Sandra Toll is the contact. I'd imagine you'd need a photo, tattoo number or some other proof of prior ownership

It's surprising someone hasn't been hunting high and low for the pup. Has there been no ads in the local paper or flyers posted around? Someone would be broken hearted losing a pretty Brittany like that.
Society needs to stop bending to the will of the delusional.
No tattoo was reported in the listing, may not be a registered dog? Just forwarding the info that my wife saw on Facebook. Thought this post might get to some people not in facebook world.
