(Video) Coyote bites child in Aurora

Crazy how the coyote would be traveling through a very urban neighborhood in broad daylight. When I read about coyotes in cities I had this vision in my head they stick to gullies, river bottoms and greenspace during the day and maybe forage into the open areas after dark. That's scary as hell to think that thing has no fear of humans and is willing to hunt in the wide open during the day. Maybe it is sick with mange and starving but strange, disturbing behavior nonetheless.

Looks to me like the neighbor that saw it originally came back and was pointing to back yard and talking to parents when they saw the kids run to back yard, just happened quickly. Also the yote went after the girl who was running which will trigger their predatory instincts.
