    update had the knee replaced on the 30th bugger does it hurt LOL but getting easier every day, i received the paperwork from ministry but after reading it feel a bit of a fake as its more setup for limb loss so just decided to drive in and sit in a chair next to atv. so doing my exercises and physio and will report when I get out there good luck to all.

    Good to hear it went well. I'm under the knife tomorrow for hip surgery. 9th times the charm!!

    All the best I had my doctor write a RX for a cold rush ice/water treatment machine way better than ice packs but a little pricey but at least save taxes with it being a RX
