    Sorry for your loss Steve, itís an amazing bond and Iím sure he cherished the sun rises in the duck blind as much as you did.

    Thanks again for the Rondeau advice a couple years back, really appreciated your input. If you find yourself missing the canine company this year feel free to reach out, my dog and I may make it down your way this season and would be happy to share a blind.

    Yes, it hurts badly . Very sorry.
    I have a 13.5 year old setter that I can see slipping away. Her Mother died at 13. Trying to prepare myself , but......
    Only thing worse is having your dog stolen. 'Twas twenty years ago and that still bothers me .

    Very sorry to hear of your loss, it’s never easy but one thing to remember the memories last forever. Take care.
    I love fishing but REALLY it is just a way to pass time until hunting season!!!!
