I went out with someone new this morning for a goose hunt. The birds were there and we had birds coming in well to our calling. Then, it was one of those mornings when you just have troubles connecting. We did manage to shoot 2 geese and we'll be out again together soon.

It was still nice to work the birds in close and getting to know a new hunter.

I still get the same rush when they turn and commit, whether I connect or not. Im sure your guest will be hooked now!

Regardless of the connecting factor it sounds like a great hunt. I got to stand in a Walmart parking lot and watch birds fly over. I'd have much rather been trying to bag a few on such a nice evening.

How is it one careless cigarette can cause a forest fire, but it takes a whole box of matches to light a campfire?

The video was taken with a Nikon Coolpix camera that I bought used for $40. Waterproof and can handle being dropped. It can also take underwater photos/videos
