They don't come with as many barrels and or calibers[rifle] that I want.

Except for the small stuff I use 22lr for, my 270 would take care of the rest of my hunting rifle needs.

Unless we're going to be hunting in BC,Alberta,NWT or The Yukon for large dangerous game (98% of us likely won't be,ever) .270 Win and .270WSM will do it all for Ontario and to the east.

I agree with you , beside that I use combination gun for Bear hunting One bullet up to 300 yard and a slug for close range (protection ...) For years I was using my 101 Winchester full / full choke 30 in barrel length when hunting partners who had a rifle with them .
Now I like to combine two barrels for myself .... when I go alone .
I was thinking if I would start hunting now I would Buy 270 Win and 12 gage shotgun in Combination mode ....
I would recommend that to new hunters ( now don't start a fight over that ( my opinion ))....

That's a pretty cool gun seems kinda handy if your gonna go for a far hunt and easy to make sure you have everything with you, for the price tag dont ser it as being a big seller. But if I win the lottery I'll buy one for sure just cause I can lol

Haha. It wasn’t too long ago that the the majority of hunters could only afford one rifle. Yes that’s all that’s needed.
Nowadays the norm is More than half a dozen. We love our toys.

1 gun does not mean they know how to use it. What about the man who can use any gun they can get their hands on?
