    Default One last 2019 hunt

Went out for afternoon solo hunt on some public lands.
The plan was to cover as much ground as possible, check-out some specific spots that looked promising on google maps. And... burn-out as much fat as possible, had way too much food and drinks over the Christmas break so far.
Managed to limit-out on grouse quite fast, then focused on bunnies and got a bonus snowshoe.
It was another good day to be out in the bush, and love my Sabatti OU.

Nice well done. What part of Ontario do you hunt in?

How is it one careless cigarette can cause a forest fire, but it takes a whole box of matches to light a campfire?

Do snowshoe's circle back like cotton tails?

    Yes, they do.
It may take a while, but it is worth waiting. I give it 5 to 10 min. myself. Got a few this way, good memories
