Erm
So my fall turkey tag took service Ontario 3 times before actual tag printed with calls to Mnr to reset summary and receipt printed each time
So my tag had 3 dots if I would have used first summary page with 1 dot what then it’s my fault?
Service Ontario gave me all the pages

From the moment I left my house on Opening day. The law was followed. This was a text book Hunt. Everything from the hunt to the processing. Under normal circumstances and how deer meat can be given away. Even permission to hunt. There should be no reason a butcher should require a tag. Its total BS.
I could see it if you were bring them an entire deer to process. But bringing in 15 plbs of meat to get made into sausage is just dump. .

This year I bought a smoker and a sausage stuffer and am now making my own snack sticks and jerky. I can't believe how easy it is and am kicking myself for not buying these items sooner. Everyone that tries the meat treats loves them!!

Maybe just maybe they dont have the proper amount of scanners??
Or maybe it's in its test runs
Maybe they signed some and scanned others . Either way just that peice of paper can be scanned if it has any sort of barcode.
The scanned ones will go into a computer the signed ones will be recorded if they see you again. Remember it's new things will get easier as time goes on.
We need some ice soon [emoji849]
