Nice catches, FF.
I heard that the whities are, on average, much bigger this year than in years past.
I'll be heading out to try and ice a few with my daughter in a couple of weeks - can't wait!

Good luck when you head out.
I think the goby is making a big impact on most of the fish nowadays. Many of fish have taken them on as a primary diet they are plentiful and perfect size.
What I think is happening the fish are getting bigger faster because of it. The goby can breed multiple times a year leaving and endless supply of food without wasting energy on chasing the shinners.
Mind you parts of the lake they are still feeding heavy on the shinners. But the majority of the food source is coming from the goby .
