    Default Dog Sledding and Northern Lights

    Just got back from 10 days above the arctic circle in Lapland - Finland. Great cultural trip with lots of cold activities. Favorites were a day spent dog sledding in the bush (we covered about 50 miles) capped off with a beautiful light show that night:

    Thanks for the replies guys and RB i wish had your skill as I suspect my photos could have done the show a lot more justice if I actually knew what i was doing.

    Ditto ^^ ...your pics of the Northern Lights reminded me of how different they look when you're up North. The first time I saw them like that was in Churchill MB. My cousin used to swear he could hear them .
