Now that's a once in a lifetime photo. It's amazing how elusive an animal of that magnitude can be. I've been off-grid backpacking and camping for years up in the French River, Sudbury, and Algonquin area. Only ever seen a calf once, but signs of bull moose all over the place. Hopefully you get a big Boar on that bait!

no bear harvest but did see one swim through a swamp/river while i was fishing the french river. Was pretty cool to see.

That's definitely neat. Never seen them swim before. I hunted near French River in Alban in August and I checked my baits again mid September, over two weeks and nothing but racoons. Which was strange because I've always had success in the area.
