used trail cam password protected

I purchased a used uway U150 trail cam at a local sale. Tried it later, the cam takes pics but due to a previous owner password protection, I cannot change functions/date etc... Sadly, the previous owner is deceased so I can't get the password.
Would anybody have ideas on erasing/changing password? Tks.
