How about you just talk to them. Let them know how you hunt and your expectations. Ask them when they hunt and how often they plan to hunt. Much easier than being an . Not saying your an but always amazed at how crappy (pardon the pun) other hunters act towards each other not actually having a civil conversation before getting all pissy.

Always go in late and leave early - hey it's the way you hunt and always have hunted.
Get a huge set of rattling antlers and pound away all day every day.
They'll get the message.
I had a guy horn in on me years ago. set up 60 yds from me. Said he had the right to do it. Twice I caught him in my stand.
So every day I went hunting later in the morning or evening and I always drove by this spot. If the truck was there I went in and rattled away. Drove him nuts! He left!
If you keep doing what you've always done. You'll keep getting what you've always got!
Since light travels faster than sound, some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Hunt it early season, early and often. Get in there before it's burnt out.

[QUOTE=skipper;1000509]We have asked permission at many places and alot of times the landowners say sure you can hunt here. Lots of times they say there are 2 others hunting here to and we ALWAYS say thanks for offering us permission but we do interfere with any ones hunt so we move on. To me it is only right to not screw up another hunter if he was there before you. Bound to cause problems[/QUOTE
That is the best reply to any thread I have ever read, I wish there were more people like you out there.

Im one of the guys who has not been able to secure private land for hunting, and I would suggest make the best out of the situation. If you have multiple stands set up then I would hunt a different one if they were hunting near yours.
After an unsuccessful week hunting crown land in 46 last week I am scrambling to find somewhere to hunt closer to home.
I would love to have access to some private land right about now.

Went out Saturday in the rain, didn't expect much activity because it was pouring rain and windy. Had some conversation with them, and they said they would move the ground blind. I left before them figuring it's a waste of time. Apparently, according to the farmer, the guy in the tree stand got a buck, wtf, can you frigging believe it. Second time out. Guess how much that piisses me off.

Resolve it among yourselves and don't involve the landowner, he will solve it in a way that will only disappoint.

No meltdown. Just an expression of my thoughts about theft.
