Has anyone tried one of these cheapo fleebay beepers ?
I just got a replacement Tritronics/Garmin G3 upland beeper back from Garmin for one I sent in that had intermittent issues and after paying another $120 since it was just out of warranty and having to wait for three weeks for the replacement unit to get here, the replacement is no better that the one I sent in. It works fine for the first few minutes when its turned on but then the point mode fails to activate when the dog is pointing.
I could buy three of these for the price of one Tritronics !
I'm very familiar with all the other beepers presently on the market so I'm not looking for recommendations, just reviews on the above beeper if anyone happens to own and use one.
