That would be the one, if it's a decent price...
Prophet River as a few have already said. I wanted a straight stock 20 gauge for a long time, seem to me it was TerryM that pointed it out on a thread....and then $1300 later......
Now that Weatherby they have is gorgeous as well, straight stocked and all.....

I just looked at that little 28g Daly on Shooters Choice website. Sweet little gun. Just sayin.......
i feel like I should own a 28 but I have two amazing 20g that will do it all. My Citori feather lightning weighs 6lbs and has choke tubes and my Merkel SxS is a joy to carry and is choked SK/LM. Not sure a28 would gain anything.

The daly is a great gun. Pretty much hand made....if it's a miruko. Factory skt/skt? English stock. Hand engraved. Hand regulated.
If I wanted a 28ga....it would defiantly be on my list. Not much around at that price and quality.
Just say'n.

I have a 20 ga. Miroku. I wonder of the 28 ga. frame is scaled down or built on the 20?

Had a good look at the shooters choice CD 28ga. $1900 all in....doubt I would pay half for that. Not sure what they see in it actually. A 20ga. frame BTW.

Thanks for the update zoli 16ga, I was curious to know what the 'real' deal was. Even if I wasn't in the middle of a renovation and with a pup on the way, sure wouldn't drop 2k on that.

Your welcome. Took a two hour turnaround drive to find out, but it was bugging me. On a better note, an older gent beside me did buy an early 1900 octagon barrel lever action 22. What a sweet gun. He let me handle it a bit. We both had big smiles. He did well.
