Pigeon trap doors, looking for some

I want to make a pigeon trap, I don't really feel like paying to ship a whole trap.

Anyone sell pigeon trap doors?

I know they can be made.

I want to be able to put them on and remove them, these cages will be used to raise quail as well as a trap for barnyard pigeons.

Use coat hanger wire , space 2 fingers apart , swing one way .

I built my own cages/traps from rabbit wire, used them to catch pigeons and keep pigeons or chuckars.

If you plan to raise qail, you need bigger box, johhny house, I think they're called as well as recall boxes with funnels, post in dog forum if you have more questions.

I have quail, 6' long cage, 12" high and 2' deep with a hutch on one end and open on the other. You need a top on them though or they think they can fly through the roof, learned that when one broke its neck.

My plan is to make 2 cages, 2' deep x 4' long and 12" high. I will put doors on the top and on the side. I want to use them as grow out for my hatched quail I am raising for my freezer and then on the side doors put on a removable pigeon trap door. Take these out to the farm and put some grain in them, catch some pigeons and put them in my freezer, ha ha.
